Overview

We love a good challenge like this hillside project that required overcoming steep terrain, poor soil conditions, inadequate drainage, and restricted site access. To overcome all of these obstacles, we engineered site stability through portable retaining lock-blocks, concrete retaining walls, and structural fill, creating a level building pad with comprehensive drainage systems to protect the long-term structural integrity of the building. 

The home was built using Insulspan SIP panels and completed to lock-up, roof, windows, and exterior doors installed, providing an efficient building envelope that was primed and ready for interior work.
