From hand-drawn plans to final walkthrough, our team designed and built this exceptional Fairfield Island residence with thoughtful aging-in-place features, including convenient main-floor living.

The outdoor sanctuary rivals resort living, towering timber posts frame a covered entertainment area where a Tofino-style hot tub is elegantly recessed into the deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Step through 8-foot entrance doors onto authentic travertine stone flooring that welcomes you into a home where every detail matters.

At the heart of this home is a contemporary kitchen with sleek European hardware and striking waterfall quartz countertops that cascade down both sides. Upstairs, a dedicated home theatre and guest suite connect via an architectural bridge to a secluded primary bedroom wing with private ensuite.
