Centennial Outdoor Addition

Overview

This particular client came to us looking for something very unique in the form of a custom timber-frame rear addition matching the home's existing timber detailing. It also featured a suspended concrete deck for low maintenance and a flat roof integrated with the home’s original roofline.

We provided concrete construction, post-and-beam framing, roofing, wood soffits with integrated lighting, concrete stairs, railings, patio heaters, and roll-down blinds, which created an incredible four-season outdoor living space that was both practical and beautiful.
